A Good Word for The Toronto Indie Arts Market

The Toronto Indie Arts Market presented the Small Press & Literary Festival at the Gladstone Hotel on December 14th.  For those readers of all genres looking for something new to add to their bedside reading list, this was a wonderful event to check out and actually get face to face with the authors and creators themselves.  It was the perfect day to be indoors on a snow-filled day.  I had the chance to go around and speak with many of the talented writers and illustrators.  Many thanks to those who shared their stories with me and their time.  Here’s a few of my favorites:

1.  Cool Christmas gift for the men in our lives…The Canadian Craft Beer Cookbook by David Ort
2.  Beautiful illustrations from artist Frank Fiorentino
3.  If documentaries are your thing…there’s Point of View Magazine
4.  For the funny folks out there looking to get started in stand-up comedy…now there’s a guide and a funny one too!
5.  Looking for a new romantic comedy ladies?  Look no further…Finding Lucas by Samantha Stroh Bailey is available online!
6.  Great children’s book “Animals In My Hair” The illustrations are just fantastic!
